このたび、当社執行役員の管沙織は、山形県への活動拠点の移転に伴い、国内における林業事業やインドネシアでの事業展開など、新たな活動に専念するため、2026年10月31日付をもちまして執行役員を退任いたしました。

なお、今回の退任に伴うその他の役員および経営体制の変更はございません。

当社は今後も、資産管理・不動産投資・経営戦略支援などの事業を通じて、お客様やお取引先の皆さまとの信頼関係を大切にしながら、持続的な価値の創出に取り組んでまいります。

東京都外国人就労認定機構における役職退任について

管沙織は、一般社団法人東京都外国人就労認定機構の第3代代表理事を務め、2026年7月7日付で退任いたしました。後任の代表理事には、加藤洋司が就任しております。

その後、同機構の相談役を務めておりましたが、2026年10月31日付で相談役についても退任いたしました。

Previous Leadership Transition at the Foreign Workers Management Association of Tokyo

Saori Suga served as the third Representative Director of the Foreign Workers Management Association of Tokyo from April 12, 2025, to July 7, 2026.

At the General Meeting of Members and the Board of Directors meeting held on July 7, 2026, she stepped down as both Director and Representative Director. Hiroshi Kato was appointed as a Director and selected as the new Representative Director.

Following this leadership transition, Saori Suga served as an Advisor to the organization until her resignation on October 31, 2026.

Saori Suga has extensive experience in multicultural coexistence, international workforce support, and regional revitalization. Her work has focused on developing collaborative initiatives across Japan by fostering partnerships among businesses, government agencies, and local communities.

As Representative Director of LINKALL design Inc., a registered support organization, she has led initiatives supporting the recruitment, integration, and long-term retention of foreign professionals, helping create an environment where both employers and international talent can thrive.

She has also been involved in regional collaboration projects encompassing the effective utilization of local resources, human resource exchange, and tourism development, with an emphasis on establishing sustainable frameworks that connect people, businesses, and communities.

In her former capacity as a HOLDGS Partner, she contributed to strategic business partnerships and new project development. Acting as a project producer, she coordinated activities ranging from strategic planning and stakeholder engagement to practical implementation support, facilitating collaboration and sustainable value creation.
